Sri Lanka installs first CCS DC Chargers

The Sri Lankan government decided to install more than 100 EV charging stations by 2020 to align with the country’s plan to obtain a minimum 20 percent of its energy from renewable sources.

The CharIN member ABB obtained the order to install six of its multi-standard fast charging stations which also have a CCS plug.
